The Tanzania Graphite Deep Processing Industrial Park includes production lines with an annual output of 20,000 tons of ultra-pure graphite, 30,000 tons of lithium battery anode and cathode materials, 10,000 tons of fine graphite, 10,000 tons of spherical graphite, 10,000 tons of expandable graphite, and 10,000 tons of high-carbon graphite. Supporting facilities include a substation, wastewater treatment plant, packaging bag plant, and employee accommodations.
Graphite concentrate production will take place near the mining sites outside the industrial park, with an annual processing capacity of 100,000 tons. We utilizes open-pit mining and flotation technology, achieving a recovery rate of 85% and a fixed carbon grade of over 94% in the concentrate. Tailings will be repurposed into foam ceramics for construction materials, with an annual processing capacity of 700,000 cubic meters and a fixed carbon content of 99.99%. Lithium battery anode materials are produced using spherical graphite coating technology, achieving a fixed carbon content of 99.95%. Fine graphite and high-carbon graphite are respectively manufactured using high-speed jet milling and mixed-acid purification processes.
